Every grade we sell starts on a hillside slope where pickers move leaf by leaf, taking only the tip and the two leaves below. It is slower than a machine. It is also why the cup tastes the way it does.
Our founder, Abdul Qayyum Patel, opened the first Green World Tea storefront in Hyderabad on 24 March 2012. The shop was small. The blends were not new — they were the ones his family had been pouring for guests at home for decades.
Today the same hands still grade the leaf, still tip it into the same brass scoops, and still pour it strong. Two stores, one method, one cup at a time.
Walk in, smell the bins, taste a cup. We will weigh out whatever you like, in whatever quantity, and grind your coffee to order.
