Brewing guide
How to pour it.
- Water75–80°C
- Steep1–2 min
- Dose1 tsp / 200 ml
Pour just-off-the-boil water and steep gently. Bitter if over-brewed — keep it short and light.
How we sell it
Loose, weighed, fresh.
- Weighed to order on a calibrated scale. From 100 g upwards — the dropdown only shows our common weights.
- Take a fresh paper bag from the shop, or bring your own steel tin and we will fill it.
- Each shipment is opened, tasted and graded in the shop before it touches the bin.
